Job Description:

We are seeking a senior level ,highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to independently manage statutory and financial audits, and provide high-level financial advice to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct independent statutory and financial audits with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert financial advice and insights to clients on a range of financial matters.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support in addressing their financial needs.
• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality performance.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills when dealing with external parties and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management.
• Review and evaluate company systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Perform testing and verification of financial data and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Advise on key business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate activities.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent instances of financial fraud through forensic accounting methods.
• Address any financial irregularities as they arise, providing effective solutions.
• Produce detailed reports and recommendations following internal audits.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, including quarterly and annual accounts.
• Oversee the preparation of financial management reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.

Job Specifications:
• CA certification is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a reputable CA firm or a similar auditing role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
