About Us:

We are a growing Healthcare Management Services Organization (MSO) that partners with U.S.-based healthcare providers to streamline and manage their administrative operations. Our mission is to reduce the operational burden for our providers so they can focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual based in Philippines who has experience working with U.S. healthcare companies or BPOs supporting American healthcare clients. This role will focus primarily on payor contracting and credentialing support, with opportunities to expand into other areas such as claims submission and payor communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in initiating and managing payor contracting processes for healthcare providers.
• Fill out applications and documentation required for enrolling providers with payors.
• Support credentialing and re-credentialing tasks for various payors and insurance panels.
• Communicate with payors to follow up on application status and resolve issues.
• Help with claims submission processes, when required.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for tracking payor contracts and credentialing status.
• Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team for updates, escalations, and process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare clients or in a BPO servicing U.S. healthcare companies is required.
• Experience with payor contracting and/or credentialing is required.
• Experience with claims submission or healthcare billing processes is a plus.
• Willing to work during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work.
• CAQH, PECOS, Availity, Athena, Candid, Optum portal, UHC portal, any credentialing or healthcare RCM platform strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 per hour
