General Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

· Oversee and direct all hotel operations to ensure premium service delivery and guest satisfaction.

· Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, maximize efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.

· Maintain stringent quality control and operational standards typical of industry-leading five-star properties.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brand-specific requirements while upholding the highest standards of hospitality excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

· Extensive experience in a senior managerial role within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.

· Outstanding operational know-how and demonstrated skills in revenue management, quality assurance, and innovative service delivery.

· Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire teams and manage complex operations in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

· A strategic thinker with a passion for the guest experience and a commitment to upholding the brand’s reputation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
