The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused Business Development Manager to join our Queensland team. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, supported by like-minded individuals to help you achieve your goals.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business development, identifying new markets and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Strengthen and maintain existing customer relationships.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Laser 3D.
Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance.
Ensure all customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
About You:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.
Competent in using computer systems and software relevant to project management sales operations.
Strong customer service focus, with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Experience in laser cutting and the steel industry is highly advantageous.
