About The Role

We are seeking a Full Time Practice Manager or Senior Administrator for an immediate start.

This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with patients, third-party organisations and expert clinicians on our team. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.

As the Practice manager/Senior Administrator, some of your tasks will be:

Overseeing the administrative and business operations of the clinics including hiring employees, updating processes and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting with managing the budget of the practice and reporting to the management team;
Providing leadership and support to the administration team;
Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating confident communication skills over the phone, online and in person;
Competently managing the daily operations, supporting the clinicians, administration team and patients;
Converting phone calls and online enquiries into bookings and following up opportunities.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a practice manager in an allied health setting is highly advantageous, but not essential.

The Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic/M Physio is a fast-paced environment and we require someone who is capable of prioritising and multi-tasking.

We need someone who is a problem solver and takes initiative with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude to look after our patients and the company.

Your ability to navigate technology and social media is an advantage, i.e. creating social media posts, following up on enquires, using email and learning our cloud-based patient management system.

We are a small team and our opening hours are from Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm. Occasional Saturday work may be possible.

It is also preferred the successful candidate has a valid Australian car licence.
