BaptistCare NSW & ACT is a respected provider of aged care services across NSW, ACT and WA.
We are seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at BaptistCare Griffith Centre. This role is a permanent part-time position, working 45-60 hours per fortnight.
About the Team
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care to older people. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, supervising and leading a team, and developing strong relationships with residents and their families.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents. In return, we offer a supportive and positive team environment, salary packaging, meal and entertainment card, fitness passport, access to in-house and online training programs, and more.
What You Need to Succeed
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience in a clinical leadership role and ability to work effectively with a team
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Functional knowledge of the Aged Care Act 1++7 and Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
Understanding of and ability to work in accordance with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Physical ability to carry out required duties safely and efficiently
