Who We Are

Novasensa is a deep-tech company pioneering sustainable recycling of lithium-ion batteries and PCBs using cutting-edge hydrometallurgical processes. We are building India’s first-of-its-kind closed-loop facility to recover critical and high-value metals for clean energy, EVs, and electronics. Our circular, carbon-neutral approach ensures zero chemical discharge, true ESG compliance, and strategic mineral security.

What You Will Work On
• End-to-End Execution: Work closely with founders and project managers to plan and implement civil works for our pilot and industrial-scale hydrometallurgy plant.
• Government Approvals: Lead the process of obtaining necessary building and infrastructure approvals from Rajasthan’s industrial and environmental authorities.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and procure construction materials, shed components, fittings, and structural supplies at competitive rates.
• Lab & Facility Setup: Coordinate with our R&D team to establish a functional research lab and pre-processing zones within the facility.
• Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with RIICO, local municipal offices, and utility providers for clearances and permissions.
• Site Supervision: Oversee contractors, vendors, and on-site workers to ensure timely and quality-controlled construction.

Who We’re Looking For
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred)
• 3–8 years of experience in industrial construction or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on experience in setting up industrial sheds, labs, or processing facilities
• Knowledge of Rajasthan’s local building codes, approval systems, and vendor ecosystem
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to work independently
• Passion for sustainable infrastructure, circular economy, or cleantech is a strong plus
