Designation: Associate Technical Lead

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Principal Accountabilities
• Lead teams ranging from 3-5 developers.
• Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the front-end

environments.
• Assisting the software design team with application integration.
• Conducting system performance tests.
• Completing systems reports.
• Creating technical documentation for the technical team.

Work Dimensions
• Examining and defining current architecture systems.
• Designing scalable architecture systems for Angular based applications.
• Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the

company’s architectural goals.
• Owning up production issues and fixing them in the best possible way.
• Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.

• Debugging, and troubleshooting ability to translate symptoms and problems into

Role Requirements
• 3-4 years’ experience in programming primarily around JavaScript, HTML & CSS for

UI/frontend application development.
• Ability to lead teams ranging from 3-5 mid-level and junior developers.
• Strong experience in object-oriented design & development.
• Hands-on experience in development with Angular frameworks.
• Experience with Node.JS, and React.JS is a plus.
• Experience with SEO, speed optimization, and WordPress is a plus.
• Experience with GCP basics and Security features (Encryption policies, Security

Groups, Network Access Control List, Subnets, VPC), and CloudFront will be preferred
• Understanding about the CICD pipeline and using GIT to support different types of

workflows.
• Experience with Automated application deployment in the cloud using Docker

technologies.
• Understanding NoSQL databases like MongoDB and SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in writing and consuming web services.
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of the SCRUM

process.
• Experienced with microservice and micro frontend-based architectures.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
