Job Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with potential customers
Educate homeowners and businesses on the benefits of solar energy
Conduct site assessments and create tailored solar proposals
Close sales and guide customers through the installation process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of solar panel sales experience required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales
Applicants must be able to drive vehicles as required for the role
