Job Title

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a Facilities Maintenance Specialist role.
About the Role
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including project management, property owners, and service providers.
• Responsibilities include performing vacant space make-ready work, repairs for interior and exterior areas, and ensuring all facilities equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for general fault finding and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, drainage, and building furniture.
• Design, write, maintain, and debug software for mobile applications.
• Become proficient with our code base and multiple programming languages (Swift, Objective-C, Java, JavaScript).
• Develop solutions to enhance our mobile offerings.
• Collaborate with the wider team to interpret requirements and provide technical solutions.
