As a Software Engineer III - C# / .Net / WPF + Python Developer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Markets Technology Team, you'll execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role. You'll be a part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, and deliver the software components of the firm’s state-of-the-art technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way

Job Responsibilities
• Develop high availability trading systems including building new applications/infrastructure & enrich existing applications as a part of the team using variety of advance technologies in Pre-trade space. Align development with the overall Credit trading strategy.
• Convert and enhance complex trading workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• Build strong relationships founded on trust, integrity & delivery with our partners on the trading desk, research, QR, market risk, operations & technology.
• Design and deliver market-leading technology products in a secure and scalable way as a seasoned member of an agile team
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Own the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering right through to eventual release & subsequent support. Manage software lifecycle in a systematic way. Thoroughness with attention to details is expected.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years application development experience
• Proficiency in C#.Net WPF is must.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Proven organizational skills, decisive priority management, strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
• Python skill is desirable.
• Experience in developing real-time and low latency applications, especially development of front-end’s with server-side understanding is desirable
• Understanding of Cloud applications is good to have.
• Understanding of Middleware technologies, Relational Database.
