Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage strategic influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and emerging platforms.
● Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and wellness community leaders that align with Vitamin Bounty’s brand voice, values, and audience
● Oversee all aspects of influencer partnerships — from outreach and negotiations to contracts, content approvals, and campaign execution.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer initiatives with product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional calendars.
● Moderate and manage Vitamin Bounty’s Discord channel — keeping influencers informed with updates, creating opportunities to increase sales.

● Track campaign performance, KPIs, and deliver post-campaign reporting with actionable insights

Experience
● Proven experience developing and managing influencer campaigns for brands, ideally in the health, wellness, or lifestyle space.
● Strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices, pricing, contracts, and performance reporting.
● Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
● Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, Discord community platforms, and analytics
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, optimize, and report on campaign results
● Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment
● A genuine interest in health, wellness products is preferred.
● Experience working with Discord communities, wellness chats, or online creator networks is a plus.
