Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Mississauga – Dixie Rd & Dundas St

Hours:

Monday to Friday – +:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Part-Time)
OR

Monday to Friday – +:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
This is an in-person, phone-based, and field marketing role for a staffing agency.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Make cold calls to businesses to introduce our services✔ Visit companies and attend local kiosks or events to promote our agency✔ Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers✔ Set up meetings with potential customers✔ Keep records of all marketing activities and client conversations✔ Help prepare internal team for outreach (basic workshop-style sessions)✔ Perform light admin tasks and support the recruitment team✔ Meet monthly outreach and performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or outbound salesExcellent English communication skills (verbal + written)Professional, organized, and confident on the phoneSelf-motivated, reliable, and results-drivenKnowledge of local job markets and labor trends is a plus

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
