Troika Tech Services is hiring a Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales. Based in Virar, this role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team focused on selling cutting-edge digital services including website development, WhatsApp chatbots, SEO, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet business goals
• Develop and implement result-driven sales strategies
• Identify and close new business opportunities in the digital services sector
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaign execution

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role
• Experience in digital marketing or IT service sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure
• Based in or willing to work from Virar, Mumbai
