Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate / Stylist – Tusk (Queen West, Toronto)

Tusk is a busy boutique located in Toronto’s Queen West neighbourhood, known for its curated selection of modern, classic clothing and accessories. Since opening in 2012, Tusk has become a go-to for fashion lovers seeking effortless style, hard-to-find labels, and a thoughtful shopping experience.

About the Role:
We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate / Stylist to join our team at Tusk. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who’s fashion-savvy, personable, and eager to contribute to a boutique that values great service and good vibes. You’ll work approximately 20–30 hours per week and must be available for at least one weekend shift.

This role has the potential to grow into something more long-term for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
2+ years of retail sales experience (fashion retail preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment
Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Social media proficiency is a plus (Instagram, content creation, etc.)
Visual merchandising, Shopify, photography, or writing experience is a major asset
Knowledge of Tusk’s brands or similar labels is a strong bonus
Available to work at least one weekend shift weekly
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service and styling advice
Maintain Tusk’s warm and welcoming shop environment
Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
Assist with opening/closing duties and day-to-day operations
Create a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online
Think on your feet and maintain composure in a busy retail setting
Uphold store protocols, including health and safety measures
