About the Role:
We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You'll own the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and polished UI—to create intuitive, delightful experiences for our users.
As a key member of our product team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape products that solve real problems while raising the bar for design excellence. Whether you're designing a new feature, refining a workflow, or evolving our design system, your work will have a direct impact on our users' experience.
What You'll Do
Lead design projects from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints
Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive flows and interfaces
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with business goals
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and attention to detail
Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and efficiency
Advocate for user-centered design principles while meeting technical and business constraints
Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale based on research and data
Who You Are
8+ years of product design experience (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio showcasing your process
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions
Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and interaction details
Ability to think in systems and design scalable solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
