Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to take charge of the team lead role for our flagship residential project at NH-24, Ghaziabad. This role offers the opportunity to lead a site team and grow into a long-term leadership position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site execution of 2BHK and 3BHK flats and villas construction
• Supervise and manage junior engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved plans, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and submit progress reports
• Oversee project budgeting, resource planning, and compliance management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building regulations
• Effective leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
