Grid Integration Specialist

Job Overview

Casper Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Grid Integration Specialist to join our infrastructure and systems team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between our aerial navigation system (Smart Sky Grid), energy infrastructure (Energy Nests), and supporting platforms. You will help connect data streams and physical systems, ensuring our vehicles, energy grids, and regulatory layers operate in perfect sync. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in networking, systems engineering, and real-time platform integration.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, energy, and airspace teams to design and implement secure, high-reliability integration solutions
Maintain and improve interconnectivity between Smart Sky Grid, Energy Nest infrastructure, and Air Casper vehicle systems
Develop real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and failover protocols across platforms
Configure and manage cloud and edge-based systems to support uptime, low-latency performance, and future scalability
Oversee secure data exchange, VPN tunneling, and encrypted transmissions between infrastructure nodes
Support system administration and deployment of integration toolsets using DevOps best practices
Document infrastructure mappings and support technical onboarding for partners, vendors, and agencies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $+5,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
