Job Overview

Casper Mobility is seeking experienced, visionary individuals to join our Advisory Board as we pioneer Canada’s first aerial vehicle ecosystem. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for retired professionals, aviation and infrastructure experts, policy veterans, or forward-thinking executives looking to shape the future of clean mobility and airspace innovation.

Advisors will lend strategic insight across technical development, regulatory navigation, infrastructure design, and public-private alignment. Equity- or honorarium-based compensation may be considered depending on contribution and fit.

Key Responsibilities

Offer expert insight on Casper’s growth roadmap, product rollout, and public sector integration
Provide strategic guidance in your area of specialty (e.g., aerospace, transport, energy, AI, infrastructure, or public policy)
Participate in quarterly advisory calls and occasional strategic reviews
Leverage networks to support partnerships, visibility, and talent access
Support investor confidence and long-term organizational resilience

Ideal Backgrounds

Former government officials (e.g., NAV Canada, Transport Canada, Innovation)
Aerospace executives, systems engineers, or technical founders
Leaders in clean energy, infrastructure planning, urban air mobility, or public procurement
Experts in compliance, licensing, or safety systems (RPAS/UAM preferred)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1.00-$10,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
