Co-Founder & CTO

Overview:

We’re an early stage startup building a modern platform for the hospitality industry, focused on automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.

We’re looking for a technical cofounder to lead development and own the technical vision from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build and launch our MVP, help shape product strategy, and play a core role in how the company grows.

Responsibilities:

Lead development of the MVP and platform architecture (Backend & Frontend)
Make key decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and scalability
Build and iterate on web and mobile apps using modern frameworks
Work closely with the founding team to define product roadmap and timelines
Integrate third party APIs and IoT device SDKs into the platform
Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance
Help build and lead a technical team as the company scales
Contribute to product thinking and roadmap
Experience:

4+ years of experience as a full stack developer or software engineer
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
Experience with tools like PostgreSQL, Firebase, Tailwind, GraphQL, Docker, or similar is a plus
Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and hardware integrations (IoT familiarity is a bonus)
Previous startup or founder experience is an asset but not required
Startup or 0→1 product experience preferred
