Direct Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. Salary: $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
Engage with prospective clients, both over the phone and in person, to build relationships and present our products/services.
Assess client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
