Job Opening: Schengen Visa Consultant (Remote or Kochi Office)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Remote work option available)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ year in visa consultancy (preferably Schengen visas)
Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Schengen Visa Consultant to join our team. The role involves guiding clients through the visa process, preparing documents, reviewing applications, and providing support until visa issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with Schengen visa applications (tourist, business, family visit, etc.)
• Provide clear and updated information on visa requirements for various Schengen countries
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Schedule appointments and complete visa forms (VFS or embassy portals)
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients
• Communicate via phone, email, or in-person meetings (if in office)
• Maintain records and follow up with clients as needed
Skills & Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in visa processing (Schengen visa preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Schengen visa rules, documentation, and embassy/VFS procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is a plus)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, PDF tools, email, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Work Setup:
• Option to work remotely or from our Kochi office
