Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Narre Warren South

Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite technical support to clients in public school in Narre Warren South area.

- Assist in the management and support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency.

- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ICT infrastructure.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

- Positive and customer-focused personality.

- Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia.

- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Permit.

- Prior experience in the IT industry is a must.
