Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in resort operations, excellent practical knowledge, and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with resort policies.
Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving housekeeping concerns promptly.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience in housekeeping management, preferably in resorts or luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent practical knowledge of housekeeping techniques and tools.
• Ability to train and upskill staff effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
