As the Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage department. This includes managing banquets and conference facilities, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Experience in managing banqueting services will be an asset.
