About the Role
The Assistant HR Manager at Kondody Hotels & Resorts will be responsible for the efficient management of human resources. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, diversity, and inclusion.
3. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs to improve staff skills.
4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
5. Manage employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed.
The successful candidate will have a PG MBA degree and at least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of HR-related statutory matters are essential.
