Tee Box Indoor Virtual Golf is on the lookout for the leader of the company to join the team and spearhead the growth of our innovative virtual golf facility.

Key Responsibilities: You ARE the business

Strategic Leadership: Lead the next phase of Tee Box's growth by developing and implementing strategic plans.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functionality of all aspects of the facility including rostering, training, reviewing and leading other staff.

Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience, fostering a welcoming environment for golf enthusiasts of all levels.

Marketing and Promotion: Lead all marketing ideas to help develop and execute promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Innovation: Develop and keep up to date with industry trends and technology to continually enhance the Tee Box experience.

Financial control and oversight: Responsible for budget control including paying/generating invoices, banking needs & financial reporting to business owners.


Essential qualities

Business and/or other marketing expertise and a proven record of “sales”

Ability to work flexible hours as per the operational requirements.

Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets

Produce high quality ideas that you are confident will generate revenue streams that make a positive difference to our customers and increase revenue.

Be the visible and accountable face of the company, its values and mission.

Desirable qualities you will possess:

Previous managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in the sports and/or similar industry.

Business acumen and a track record of successful leadership.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hold Duty Manager status for sale and supply of alcohol or be prepared to undergo the relevant training to get qualified, for which you will be fully supported.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary (up to $72000) and potential significant bonus after a successful first 12 months. Extra earning potential via additional hours. All potential benefits to be discussed during the interview.
