Duties
Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
Prepare and process payroll in accordance with company policies.
Conduct financial auditing to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulations.
Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft, Xero, Sage, and others for financial reporting and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic planning.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in accounting roles with a strong understanding of corporate finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Xero, Sage) is essential.
Knowledge of payroll processing and financial auditing practices is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
