We are hiring Refrigeration & AC Technicians on behalf of one of our subsidiary companies.

We continue to grow at ATL-REFAC Limited. We are hiring Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicians and Experienced Apprentices with commercial refrigeration experience Immediately – Talk is cheap, contact us now!


What are we looking for?

1) Service Technicians

2) Commercial Construction Installers

3) Heat Pump Installers (Ductless & Ducted)


Full time positions for experienced and dynamic individuals are available as well as experienced apprentices. Steady work 12 months a year.

Solid customer base

Must have experience in installing and servicing refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems. Strong technical background with industry experience, communication skills, organization skills, good with paperwork, customer service, high level of safety knowledge along with a can do mindset.


Must have a valid Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic license with Red Seal or 3rd year Apprentice Status.


Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and clean security background check required.
