About the Role

We are developing a high-impact digital platform designed to solve a real-world challenge at scale. The business model has been developed with investor-grade precision, and we are now moving into the development phase. We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial UX/UI Designer to work closely with our backend developer and founder.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the design direction from the ground up and help launch a platform with long-term potential.

Responsibilities

Design a responsive, intuitive, and modern UI across desktop and mobile
Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
Collaborate closely with the backend developer to align design with logic and architecture
Design the following experiences:
Public-facing marketing site with a compelling user journey
Dashboard for core users (e.g. onboarding, account tools, document uploads)
Filtered search experience (location, pricing, and profile-based results)
Lightweight internal admin tools
Apply and expand an emerging brand system (color palette, typography, visual identity)
Ensure WCAG accessibility and best practices across devices
Iterate quickly based on technical requirements and team feedback
Qualifications

3+ years experience in UX/UI design, ideally with SaaS or consumer-facing platforms
Proficient in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
Strong portfolio with examples of complete flows, dashboards, and mobile-optimized pages
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, and clean UI design systems
Able to think from a user’s perspective and simplify complex flows
Experience working directly with engineers and startup founders
Bonus: Experience designing platforms with sensitive data, compliance standards, or financial logic
