Job Description
Who We Are: At Canadian House Partners Inc., we’re opening new doors for Albertans by merging innovative real estate services with expert financial advice. We’re a fast-growing company driven by integrity, innovation, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve financial independence and long-term homeownership.
We’re looking for a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor based in Alberta to become a key player on our growing team. You'll be working with motivated clients preparing for homeownership, offering life insurance solutions that help protect their dreams and support their financial journey. With a steady flow of high-quality, pre-qualified leads, you’ll be able to focus on doing what you do best—advising and building relationships.
About the Role: This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. You’ll work closely with individuals and families to assess their needs and deliver personalized insurance strategies that align with their broader financial goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Evaluating clients’ full financial picture—including earnings, expenses, and future risk—to tailor insurance recommendations.
Presenting and clearly explaining different types of life insurance policies (term, whole life, universal life) in a way clients can easily understand.
Offering advice on additional areas such as retirement savings, investment planning, and risk mitigation.
Building lasting client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent communication.
Handling paperwork and applications efficiently to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
Meeting performance and sales targets while staying in line with compliance and ethical standards.
Keeping up-to-date with evolving industry trends, product offerings, and regulations.
Spotting opportunities to introduce additional financial tools and services that benefit your clients.
What We’re Looking For
A valid LLQP license with authorization to work in Alberta.
At least 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial services.
A proven track record of sales success, with a consultative, client-centric approach.
Excellent people skills—you know how to connect, communicate, and build trust.
Comfort using CRM software and digital tools to manage client accounts and streamline your workflow.
A keen ability to identify additional ways to add value to your clients’ financial plans.
What You’ll Gain
Access to a steady pipeline qualified leads.
A competitive, performance-driven compensation model with no income ceiling.
A supportive and fast-paced work culture that champions innovation, collaboration, and impact.
Clear pathways for career development and professional growth.
A voice in shaping how we serve clients and expand our presence throughout Alberta.
