Social Media Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Utilize SEO techniques to optimize social media posts for better visibility and reach.
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
Conduct research to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
Schedule posts and manage content calendars using tools like Hootsuite or similar platforms.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media management tools is a plus.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Knowledge of e-commerce strategies is a nice-to-have asset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.20-$22.+7 per hour
