Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing transactions and managing cash registers.
Communicate clearly with customers over the phone, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
Organize merchandise on the sales floor to enhance product visibility and customer accessibility.
Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Provide bilingual support to customers when necessary, enhancing their shopping experience.
Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with technology products is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.

Pay: $30,000.00-$142,536.72 per year
