Freelance Real Estate Video Editor (Part-Time, Remote)

Looking to earn some extra cash with your editing skills? We’re hiring a freelance video editor to create high-quality real estate content on a part-time, per-project basis.

We’re a growing real estate media team looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented editor who can bring listings to life with clean cuts, trendy transitions, and engaging visuals. This is perfect for someone experienced who’s looking for flexible freelance work that pays per edit.

What You’ll Be Editing:

- Listing Videos – $125 per video

- Listing Reels (Instagram) – $75–$125

Includes fun speed ramps and creative transitions (like agent disappear effects)

- Trendy Social Videos – $150-$175

Think viral-style Instagram content with glowing disappear effects, 3D tracking, animated text, and dynamic edits. These are less frequent but require higher-level editing when needed.

I’d pay around $100-$125 for this. about 2.5-3 hours of editing

Pay would be $125 for video walkthroughs. edits can take anywhere from 3-4 hours .

These have 3D and 2D text tracking, with disappear glow effect. I’d pay $150-$175 for these and can take 3-4 hours to edit.

I’d pay $75 for these. these can take 1-1.5 or 2 hours to edit

What We’re Looking For:

Strong editing skills

Preferably experienced in Final Cut Pro

Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is also good

Quick turnaround time (36-48 hours) and attention to detail

Strong sense of current social media and real estate video trends

Ability to add animated text, motion graphics, 3D tracking, and smooth transitions

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality real estate videos
Create engaging motion graphics to enhance videos
Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and meets deadlines.
