Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting functions, including accounts receivable, budgeting, and bank reconciliation. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career in financial services while gaining hands-on experience in accounting practices.

Responsibilities

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Assist in costing policies and implementation, which will help in reducing costs
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Participate in financial auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Utilize accounting software for data entry, report generation, and financial analysis.
Collaborate with senior accountants to improve accounting procedures and practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in printing industry is a plus.
Familiarity with General Ledger accounting, cost analysis and procurement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must (Vlookup, Pivots, Sumifs, etc)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Great Plains) is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
