Real Estate Video Editor

About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Video Editor to help create compelling listing videos, property walkthroughs, promotional reels, and branded content for real estate marketing. You’ll be working with raw footage (including drone and handheld shots) and turning it into clean, engaging content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and MLS.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit property tours, lifestyle content, and branding videos for real estate listings.
Add music, sound effects, captions, text overlays, and animations as needed.
Format videos in multiple aspect ratios (+:16, 1:1, 16:+) for different platforms.
Ensure consistent branding, tone, and quality across all videos.
Collaborate with agents, content creators, or media team to meet project goals and deadlines.
Provide quick turnaround on edits (typically within 48-72 hours).
Requirements:

Proven experience editing real estate or promotional videos.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of real estate video structure, pacing, and storytelling.
Comfortable working with drone footage, gimbal footage, and handheld video.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Familiarity with real estate branding and visual marketing trends.
Basic motion graphics and animation skills (a plus).
