Concrete Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects. This role involves physical labor, including pouring and finishing of concrete, as well as assisting with other construction tasks as needed, such as digging and framing.

Responsibilities

Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various construction projects.
Assist in setting up forms and frameworks for concrete structures
Utilize tools and equipment safely, including trowels, mixers, and saws.
Conduct caulking and installation tasks to ensure proper sealing and finishing.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
Requirements

Proven experience in concrete labor or related fields such as carpentry or masonry.
Mechanical knowledge for operating tools and equipment effectively.
Skills in welding are a plus but not mandatory.
Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to concrete work.
