Job Description: Auditor/ CA Article/ Semi Qualified- Statutory Audit

Location- Mumbai-Central Line

Responsibilities:

1. Scrutiny of Loan Files such as CC/OD, Term Loans, Housing Loans, TDR Loans, Gold Loans, Education Loans etc.

2. Analysis of monthly stock statements, calculation of drawing power, applicability of Penal Interest, vetting of details in Finacle etc.

3. Calculation of Annual Processing Fees, pro-rata basis Proc Fees and all other charges and recovery thereof, reporting of revenue leakage.

4. Critical Analysis of Original Documents executed between Bank & Borrowers, , Mortgage Documentation, Stamp duty amount calculations, documents verification with the Sanction Letter etc.

5. Checking of Insurance Policies, Valuation Reports, CIBIL report, CERSAI Registration, visit reports etc.

6. Critical scrutiny of Borrowers’ Accounts, servicing of Interest debited, types of transactions taking place in the Account, parties are relevant to the business of the Borrower or not, significance of transactions with related parties etc.

7. Scrutiny of Current A/cs & Savings A/cs application forms for new A/cs opened (CASA), KYC verifications, validations of supporting documents etc.

8. Analysis of Office Accounts, Suspense Account, expenses Accounts, Staff Accounts etc.

+. Scrutiny of daily vouchers of the Branch.

10. Scrutiny of Forex Transactions of the Branch.

11. Physical verification of Gold Loan packets, Cash, security documents, Debit Cards etc.

12. Analysis of Cash Balance vis-à-vis Cash Retention Limit of the Branch.

13. Relevant and required report generation from Finacle.

14. Commenting on Ethics, preparation reports and timely submission thereof on portal and to the Branch.

15. Compliances of the observations on the Ethics portal.

16. And audit of other related activities of the Branch
