In this role, you will be responsible for handling government documents, maintaining data in our system, and performing various back office tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Handling government documents and maintaining accurate records
Managing data in our system and performing various back office tasks
Drafting emails and other correspondence as needed
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
1-3 years of experience in administration or a related field
Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
