Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Job Description:

This role will act as lifeblood of the organization. Account Payable will be responsible for managing and proper accounting of funds outflow and to oversee the entire process of payments and to provide financial support to FP&A Head with the proper and timely reports.

Responsible for Funds outflow, Vendors ageing, Missed and overdue amount with proper and timely reconciliation of account

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and vendors accounts

· Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment;

· Bank reconciliations on timely basis

· Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, payments and statements etc.

· Complete the payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices

· Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, invoice or payment discrepancies and documentations

· Communicate the discrepancies to FP&A Head , identify advances to vendors and recommend to arrange the invoices

· Maintain account payables records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and payments are applied, unpaid amounts are accounted for and difference are cleared

· Timely submission of reports

· Monthly performance review

Others Job Specific Skills:

· Strong knowledge of advance Excel with Microsoft office.

· Familiarities with ERP software like: Oracle, SAP, Business dynamics etc.

· Must have Good accounting knowledge

General Requirements

· Bachelor or Master' Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university

· Minimum 3 years' experience as finance and accounting professionals.

· Have working experience in manufacturing industry
