Job Summary:

As a Solar Energy Sales Consultant, you'll educate customers, conduct site assessments, present tailored solar solutions, and close sales, with weekly goals. You'll contribute to a collaborative team, sharing experiences and driving our mission.

Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and qualify potential customers.

· Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals, designing and pricing solar systems in dedicated software.

· Conduct site assessments and provide expert solar consultations.

· Present proposals, address objections, and close sales.

· Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

· Maintain technical expertise in solar technology and industry trends.

· Actively participate in team building and knowledge sharing.

· Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales success, ideally in solar or related fields.

· Solid understanding of solar technology.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Previous experience with solar design software is desirable.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented.

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

· Team player with a collaborative mindset.

· Proficiency in CRM software.

· Valid driver's license.

· Understanding of local and federal solar incentives and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Seasonal, Contract

Pay: $48,642.47 – $162,774.41 per year
