Position: Retail Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail

Main Tasks:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide styling advice and product knowledge to drive sales
Process transactions using POS systems
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Replenish stock and assist with merchandising displays
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
Support online order packing and customer service when needed
Follow company procedures and uphold WHS standards
Required Qualities:

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion and styling
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Customer-focused with strong communication
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Competencies:

Adaptable to changing fashion trends and customer needs
Familiarity with social media or digital retail (advantageous)
Fast learner with attention to detail
Qualifications:

High school certificate minimum
Minimum 2 years experience in retail or hospitality
Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer/POS skills
Knowledge of fashion and seasonal trends
Experience in handling stock and merchandising
