Our small business is part of a growing international franchise who’s aim is to develop strong customer relationships by partnering with businesses to grow their brand with high-quality branded apparel and promotional products.

About you:

· You will be friendly, energetic and driven

· Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively to get the job done

· Enjoy building relationships with customers over the phone, face to face and via email

· Be creative and have an eye for detail

· Have fantastic customer service skills, with experience in sales highly beneficial

· Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Intermediate MS Office skills, email.

Responsibilities:

· Liaising with customers, predominantly businesses and organisations

· Maintaining the appearance and upkeep of our showroom

· General admin, invoicing and operational duties. We never get bored!

· Use your excellent product knowledge to sell to customers

This is a part-time position with 20-30 hours per fortnight, based around school hours (if preferred)
