Rental Sales Officer

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a part-time Rental Officer to join our Rockhampton Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rental
Cross-sales

Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
All applicants must holder a valid Driver's Licence. Successful candidates will be required to provide a Traffic History Check prior to commencement.
