Sales & Marketing Manager- Personal Trainer

Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction is hiring a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a Cert IV in Fitness.

This is a hybrid role that blends personal training with sales leadership. You'll drive business growth through lead generation, social media, and local outreach, while also delivering high-quality training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 20–25 personal training sessions per week
Manage the client sales funnel (consults, follow-ups, conversions)
Run local marketing campaigns and partnerships
Create social media content to attract leads
Conduct Bioscans, goal-setting sessions, and onboarding
Contribute to team events and studio culture

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Certificate IV in Fitness (Essential)
Current First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
