About Us
Neurodiverse Playhouse is a vibrant, family-centred allied health playhouse dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through play-based, neuroaffirming therapy. We work with children with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and developmental delays across Brisbane and Melbourne. As we expand, we’re seeking a confident and compassionate Administrator & Sales Support team member to be the welcoming face and organised backbone of our Brisbane clinic.

About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for families, helping them feel supported from the very beginning of their journey with us. This position balances frontline client support with behind-the-scenes admin and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Host and manage discovery calls and Zooms, warmly guiding families through our services
Ensure all sign-ups and service agreements are completed accurately and on time

Manage invoicing, payments, and billing – including NDIS and private health insurance claims
Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries from current and prospective clients
Schedule appointments and maintain up-to-date clinician calendars
Assist with social media content, basic marketing tasks, and event coordination
Support the Director with advocacy projects, research, and communications and advocacy tasks

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong administration experience within an NDIS or allied health setting
✅ Understanding of NDIS service delivery, plan vs. self-managed funding, and private health billing
✅ Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, invoicing platforms (e.g. Xero, Halaxy, or similar)
✅ Friendly, empathetic communication style with excellent attention to detail
✅ Interest in neurodiversity, family-centred care, and inclusive practice
✅ Comfortable with social media and content creation (Canva or Meta experience a plus!)

Why Join Us?
Work in a values-driven team that champions inclusion and connection
Start in our Banyo clinic, then move to our beautiful new Spring Hill space
Enjoy a family-friendly school hours schedule: +am–2pm, 3 days/week
Make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families

Please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’re excited to join our team.
