Expected salary: $70,000 - $82,000 per year
Full-time hours

Position: Sales Manager – Fashion Retail

Main Tasks:

Lead day-to-day operations of the retail store
Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales assistants
Manage visual merchandising and ensure products are presented attractively
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly
Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store events
Maintain store cleanliness and professional presentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and WHS guidelines
Required Qualities:

Sales and business development mindset

Digital marketing or e-commerce knowledge is a plus
Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
At least 2 years of retail or sales management experience
Skills & Knowledge:

Proven retail sales experience in a fashion setting
Understanding of retail KPIs and inventory control
Strong customer relationship management
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (desirable)
