We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer with a background in the Indian Army to ensure the safety and security of our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

Surveillance and Monitoring: Oversee surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and ensure adherence to company protocols.
Access Control: Manage entry points, verifying identification and granting access only to authorized personnel.
Incident Response: Respond swiftly to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents, preparing comprehensive reports for management review.
Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe workplace for all.
Training and Awareness: Provide security training for employees and disseminate information on emergency procedures and safety protocols.
Customer Service: Assist employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming yet secure environment.
Collaboration: Liaise with management and external agencies to enhance security strategies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; military training or further education in security management is a plus.
Experience: Background in the Indian Army with experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields preferred.
Skills: Strong observational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergencies, familiarity with security technologies and surveillance systems.
