Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kanpur. The primary responsibility will be to identify, meet, and establish fixed deals with local travel agents, fostering strong B2B relationships to promote our travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential travel agents in Kanpur to introduce Forever Tourism’s offerings.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to ensure ongoing collaboration.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close fixed deals with agents, ensuring mutual benefits.

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Familiarity with the Kanpur travel market is a plus.
