What you’ll do

As a virtual receptionist, you’ll help our clients succeed by serving as an ambassador. You’ll answer, forward, and transfer calls, take messages, schedule appointments, and more.

Qualifications

Can work flexible hours from 7am to 8pm EST
Hold a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Have at least 1 year of continuous employment experience (customer service preferred)
Can type at least 40+ WPM
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and punctual, with a professional work ethic
Available to start immediately
Hardware and workspace requirements

Quiet home office during scheduled work hours
Reliable broadband internet connection 75 MBPS or above
Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM 4 CPU cores or above
USB Headset
At least two monitors (15” or above)
